Coleman 3 Room Tent

Awesome Family Camping Tents

This Coleman 3 room tent is an awesome family size tent that is one of the finest tents for camping you can buy and it comes at a great price!

Do you have children and want lots of room?

These Coleman Tents Are Great For a Family

The Coleman 6 person Tent is perfect for a family -

  • You can divide the sleeping area if you want - not much privacy, but enough for changing clothes.
  • The attached camping screen tent without a floor lets kids change out of wet swimming suits or muddy boots.
  • It also gives a nice space for eating away from bugs or a place to play cards if a rainstorm comes.

This tent will keep you dry!

The WeatherTec System in a Coleman Weathermaster tent guarantees that you will be dry in this Coleman 3 room tent.

The rainfly covers the entire roof, doors and windows - it leaves space over the top of the mesh roof so you can still have ventilation even when it is raining. This is important so you don't have a build up of condensation to get things wet.

The bathtub floor in a Coleman cabin tent is made of heavy polyethylene and comes up the sides of the tent about 6 inches. There are no seams in the floor - it is all welded together.

Zippers are covered so rain can't seep through needle holes and seams are taped.

It is wise to set up your Coleman Weathermaster Cabin Tent at home before leaving on your camping trip and put seam sealer on all seams - important for waterproofing tents.

This tent is huge!

This Coleman 3 room tent measures 17 feet by 9 feet by 80 inches high - the screen room itself is 6 x 9 feet and the sleeping area is 11 x 9 feet - a nice size for large family tents.

A removable divider will divide the sleeping area - makes a 3 room tent. The divider has a zipper down the middle - it's not fastened on the bottom, so you can open it and tie back for air circulation during the day.

These Coleman screened tents are rated to sleep 6 - much better for 2 or 4. This tent is awesome for just 2 people - lots of room and a separate screened room for relaxing.

It weighs 32 pounds - shouldn't be a factor if you can drive close to your camp site - the carry case makes it easy to carry.

There is a hinged door from the outside into the main part of the Coleman Weathermaster screened tent - makes for quick and easy in or out - swings closed when you let go - good for kids who can't be bothered with zipping shut a door or if you are carrying something in your arms like a sleeping child.

The door from the screen room is made of fabric and mesh - leave it open for air circulation during the day and close it up at night.

No-see-um mesh windows and ceiling lets plenty of air flow around the tent - keeps it comfortable on a warm day - allows for air circulation at night even when everything is closed up so you don't get wet from condensation.
